Privacy Policy
In short: we collect what you type into the application, use it to read your application and to look for a mentor who fits, and do not sell it.

2. What we collect
When you send the application, we collect what you enter:
- Your name and email address.
- What you do now, your years in land work, what you want to get better at, your time zone, whether you prefer one-on-one or a small group, and anything else you choose to write.
- If you used the log before applying, which areas you left open.
Ticking lines in the log does not send anything. Only the application form sends information, and only when you press Send.
We do not ask for client files, Social Security numbers or payment details. Please do not put them in the notes field.
Our hosting provider, Google, may log technical data such as your IP address and browser type when you load the site. This site does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
3. How we use it
- To read your application.
- To look for a mentor who does the work you named. If a match is proposed, what you sent may be shared with that mentor. If you ask for a small group, the other people in it may learn your name.
- To keep the form free of spam and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations, if any apply.
4. We do not sell it
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to data brokers, ad networks or lead resellers.
5. Who else handles it
- Google Cloud and Firebase: hosting, and the database that stores what you send.
- Email: if you email hello@landman.coach, your message passes through an email provider on its way to us.
This site is for adults working in land.
6. Seeing, correcting or deleting what you sent
Email hello@landman.coach with the subject line “Privacy Request” to ask about what you sent us, including to ask for a correction or for it to be deleted.
7. How long we keep it
We have not set a fixed retention period for applications. You can ask about yours (see section 6). Google encrypts stored data and data in transit on its infrastructure.
